The HMS faculty and staff cordially extend an invitation to all HMS students to honor their U.S. Armed Forces relatives, veterans, or active duty, at our annual U.S. Armed Forces Veterans Day Program.  Before the program, honorees and their spouses/partners will enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast served in the HMS Multi-Purpose room. During the program, each honoree will be individually recognized and given a small token of our thanks.  Please complete and submit this Google form for each veteran or active serviceman/woman to be honored during the program by Friday, October 31st.  If you have more than one HMS student, please list all names in the Student Information section of the Google Form.  Breakfast for the veterans and their spouses will be served at 8:15 a.m.; the program starts at 9:00 a.m.  All honorees must check in at the honoree registration table, located outside the HMS Gym glass entry doors, by 8:45 a.m. to ensure program recognition.
