• If your child loses his/her library book, he/she will not be able to check out books from our HMS library until payment is made. Your payment allows me to repurchase the book and get it back into circulation for our students. We will enter the replacement cost into your e~Funds account. The attached videos will show you how to access e-Funds and make a payment.

Please be mindful that every student can browse all books in the Homewood City School’s Digital Library Collection. In addition, you have the option of linking your Sora account to the public library’s digital collection (Jefferson County Library Cooperative) by following these directions. 

To serve the diverse population of HCS, our digital library reflects a variety of topics and preferences. For this reason, we highly encourage parental supervision while students browse, search, and select digital books. Furthermore, we encourage students to exercise their best digital citizenship skills.
