Dear Parents,

It has been my pleasure to take care of your children in the health room this year! Please pick up your child’s prescription and over-the-counter medications from school by May 21st. I am not allowed to keep any medicine in the health room over the summer. Any medication not picked up by the last day of school will be properly disposed of.

Also, if your child will need to take any prescription and/or over-the-counter medication at school next year, you will need to have their Doctor complete a new school medication form for the 26-27 school year.

Lastly, while we have a break from the school year, please take time to update your children's immunizations if needed.  All children in grades 6-8 must have a current immunization form on file at HMS.
